Richard Mille RM027 Rafael Nadal Prototype
RM 027 Rafael Nadal 'Prototype'
A stunning prototype of the iconic RM 027 created in conjunction with, and the first model to bear the name of, Rafael Nadal. RM were looking to set a new limit for lightness and created a 40mm tonneau-shaped case crafted from a composite containing large amounts of carbon which weighs an incredible 20 grams including the strap. Nadal has famously been seen wearing the watch while playing on court. The manual wind tourbillon calibre with hours and minutes weighs just 3.83 grams and can withstand the forces exerted during a tennis tournament.
